General information

Our guesthouse is a family-run establishment located in the Southern Palatinate town of Berg, right at the German-French border, framed by the Bienwald and the Rhine.

The house has two single rooms, two double rooms, and three holiday apartments where you can unwind with a glass of wine or beer after a fulfilling day of vacation. Cyclists are also very welcome here; we always have a spot for your bike in our underground garage.

The bright and friendly guest rooms are equipped with shower/WC and SAT/TV. Our holiday apartments offer enough space for two to six people. They are cozy and feature a kitchen, a bathroom (shower/WC), and up to two separate bedrooms as well as a living and sleeping area.

The guesthouse serves as a starting point for many tourist attractions. Enjoy a nice shopping trip in Karlsruhe, Baden Baden, Landau, Roppenheim, Wissembourg, or Strasbourg. Start a cycling tour on the "Veloroute Rhein" bike path or a hiking or walking tour through the Bienwald from Berg.

It’s the little things that make a vacation great: Let yourself be surprised by the coziness and the typical Palatinate hospitality of our house.

How to find us:
Berg Pfalz is located in the southern part of the Pfalz, directly at the German-French border (Alsace).
Coming from the B10 or A65, take the exit Hagenbach and follow the signs towards Berg.
Drive through Hagenbach and after about 7 kilometers on a country road, turn left into the village of Berg. Drive through Bruchbergstraße and follow the signs to Gästehaus Im Unnerdorf. After about 500 meters, you will have reached us.

The rooms or holiday apartments are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Earlier access is possible by arrangement. If the rooms/holiday apartments are not occupied by 7:00 PM, the host is entitled to withdraw from the guest accommodation contract. This means that the rooms/holiday apartments will be released unless a later arrival has been agreed upon. On the day of departure, the rooms/holiday apartments are available until 10:00 AM. Later departure is also possible by arrangement. In the case of a late departure not expressly agreed upon until 2:00 PM, 50% of the room/holiday apartment price will be charged. For an even later departure, 80% of the room/holiday apartment price will be charged.
